Return and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for exchange or a full merchandise refund or credit within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Personalized Member cards are printed individually and are not refundable.
Returns are easy! Here's how:
- Please tell us the reason you are returning the item(s), Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- We advise that you insure your package and request delivery confirmation for your protection. RADIO ISLAND INC is not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.

- If returning multiple cartons, please return the items with the matching invoice in each carton.
- If you do not request an exchange a refund will be processed, we will credit your account.
